User Agreement

Effective July 1, 2026

This User Agreement (the “Terms”) is a contract between you and RealQuest (“RealQuest,” “we,” “us”) that governs your use of the RealQuest platform, websites, and services (the “Service”). Please read it carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use RealQuest

RealQuest is built for teen founders aged 13–17. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use. The parent/guardian is the account holder for any paid plan. By linking to a founder’s account, a parent/guardian represents that they are the founder’s parent or legal guardian and are at least 18 years old. RealQuest is not intended for children under 13.

2. Accounts & linking

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials (and any parent PIN) secure.
• A parent/guardian links to a founder using the founder’s invite code and provides consent. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@realquest.ai.

3. Plans, billing & cancellation

• Plans. RealQuest offers a free tier and paid subscriptions: Founder Pro (one founder) and Family Pro (up to three founders in a household), plus a per-extra-founder add-on beyond the included seats.
• Monthly or annual. You may choose monthly or annual billing. Annual billing is offered at a 10% discount versus paying monthly for a year.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Adding or removing seats. When you add a founder beyond your included seats, your subscription is updated and prorated for the remainder of the billing period; removing seats reduces future charges.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then.
• Refunds & price changes. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices or plan features prospectively, with notice before your next renewal.
• Payments are handled by Stripe and are also subject to Stripe’s terms. Taxes may apply.

4. Your content & published sites

You own the content you create on RealQuest (your brands, sites, documents, and business data). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the Service and to publish what you choose to make public. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to anything you upload. Published websites and portfolios are public (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RealQuest to:

• Break the law, infringe others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights, or deceive or defraud people.
• Post or publish content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful or inappropriate for a teen audience.
• Sell or promote regulated, dangerous, or illegal goods or services.
• Collect personal information from others unlawfully, or spam or abuse the Service’s email and outreach tools.
• Attempt to hack, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service, or misuse the AI tools (e.g. to generate harmful content or evade safeguards).

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Real businesses & transactions

RealQuest helps founders run real businesses, including taking bookings, sending invoices, and accepting payments from their own customers. RealQuest is a tool, not a party to the transactions between a founder and their customers. Founders (with their parents) are responsible for their own business — including delivering products and services, customer support, taxes, and complying with the law.

7. AI tools

The Service includes AI features that generate suggestions and content. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate and is provided for learning purposes — it is not professional legal, financial, tax, or other advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or publishing it. AI usage may be subject to fair-use limits and credit allowances described in the app.

8. Third-party services & affiliate links

RealQuest may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example domain registrars, print-on-demand merchandise partners, social platforms, and payment providers). Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Some links are affiliate links, meaning RealQuest may earn a commission if you make a purchase — at no extra cost to you.

Social publishing & YouTube.When you connect a social account to publish content, you authorize RealQuest to post on your behalf, and your use of that platform is governed by its own terms. In particular, RealQuest’s YouTube feature uses YouTube API Services; by connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How RealQuest handles data received through the YouTube API is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Our intellectual property

RealQuest, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding or to copy or resell the Service. We welcome feedback, and you grant us the right to use feedback you provide to improve RealQuest.

10. Suspension & termination

You may stop using RealQuest at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data first (Founder Tools → Export), and we will handle remaining data per the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any business will achieve particular results.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealQuest and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

13. Indemnification

You (and, for a minor, the parent/guardian) agree to indemnify and hold RealQuest harmless from claims arising out of your content, your business, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RealQuest is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We will try to resolve disputes informally first — please contact us. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that state.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
