Do you charge by the hour or do you charge by flat rate?

I do not charge by the hour. I charge by what you purchased beforehand, so if you purchased a deep clean package, then that's all you pay.

Are there any hidden fees?

Nope, I believe in full payment transparency. The price I give you is the price you pay.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Nope, we bring our own.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

The only time you have to be home is to give the cleaner instructions.
